While taking the kids down for their usual 5pm walk + play in the park, Jillian and Joanne chanced upon a garden lizard. We chased it all the way to the carpark and it got cornered. Marilou then caught it while I went back to grab a plastic bag....
Kids are not afraid of these things.. unless you show them that you are afraid, then they will just follow. Neither of the trio showed any signs of being afraid.. in-fact Jillian kept on pressing on the poor reptile.
The good news is, I did not try and torture the lizard, I released it alive and well later in the evening when the kids were asleep.
